NSS is here with contingent recruitments for session 2023-2024!🥳

NSS contingent is the group of volunteers from NSS that march on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day Parade and are responsible for organising every event in NSS. 

NSS contingent provides a perfect platform to hone your life skills such as selflessness, honesty, discipline, hard work, and ways to build confidence and gain leadership qualities.

Volunteers who have done excellent work in social service are honored with National Awards at Rashtrapati Bhavan by Honourable President of India.

NSS contingent volunteers also get a lucrative opportunity to represent NSS Panjab University in various parts of the country as camps are held all over India.

State Level Republic Day Parade Trial  has been scheduled for 15th October, 2023.

This is the Final Opportunity & Call for Selection purposes. After Trials, no volunteer will be given a chance to participate in the Parade.

The Criteria for the selection will be as follows:-
1. Physical test 
2. Boy's height (165 to 177)cm
3. Girl's height (155 to 172)cm
4. Cultural Test ( Patriotic & Folk)
5. Interview 

Everybody must bring their respective water bottle, plate, bowl and spoon. This is compulsory for all the Volunteers.
